This is not a product and it is not sold from a shelf. Every engagement is scoped against the actual condition of your business, and every quotation is written for one company only. There is no price list, because there is no standard company.

It covers the company and its licence, your scale and structure, the situation as it actually stands, the scope you think you need, and who we should speak to. Send it with your trade licence and, if you have one, a current org chart.
If you would rather just write to us in your own words first, do that instead. The brief is there to save you time, not to gate the conversation.
How the engagement works
- You send the brief, or an email. A paragraph is enough to start.
- We talk. A first conversation, at no charge, to understand the situation properly and tell you honestly whether we are the right people for it.
- We scope and quote. You receive a written quotation setting out the scope, the team assigned, the timeline, and the fee. Nothing begins until you accept it in writing.
- We invoice. On acceptance we issue an invoice. Payment is by bank transfer against that invoice.
- We work. The assigned team begins on the agreed date and delivers against the written scope.
There is no checkout for this service, and no online payment. Company restructuring cannot be added to a cart. It begins with an email and proceeds by quotation and invoice — that is deliberate, because work priced before it is understood is work priced wrongly.
The team
We staff each engagement to the size and complexity of the company, not to a template. In practice that means one of three shapes:
Single advisor
One senior consultant, working directly with the owner or managing director. Suited to small companies, founder-led businesses, and situations where the problem is already well understood and needs decisive execution rather than diagnosis.
Core team — four
A lead consultant with three specialists covering operations, finance and people. Suited to established mid-sized companies where the restructure touches several functions at once and the parts have to be moved in order.
Full team — five or more
A lead, functional specialists, and additional capacity drawn in as the work requires. Suited to large or multi-entity companies, group structures, and restructures that run across more than one market or licence.
The shape is proposed in the quotation and agreed before work starts. Where the engagement genuinely needs more people than first scoped, we say so and re-quote rather than quietly thinning the team.

Terms
Consulting engagements are non-refundable in full once work commences, including any deposit, retainer or milestone payment. Our costs are committed as soon as the team is assigned. Where a deliverable does not meet the written scope in the quotation you accepted, we revise it at no further charge until it does. Please read the Refund Policy and Terms of Service before accepting a quotation.
Everything discussed is treated as confidential. We will sign your non-disclosure agreement, or provide ours, before any detail is shared.
