When are you open?
Monday to Thursday, 9:00 – 18:00. Friday, 8:00 – 11:30 and again 14:00 – 18:00. Closed Saturday and Sunday. All times Gulf Standard Time.
Consulting
What consulting do you offer?
Five things. Interior decoration, home design, family consulting and personal consulting are booked and paid for directly on this site. Company restructuring works differently.
Why can't I pay for company restructuring online?
Because it is scoped to one company and priced after we understand it, not before. You send the Engagement Brief, we talk, we issue a written quotation, and only on acceptance do we invoice. Work priced before it is understood is priced wrongly.
What is the Engagement Brief?
A fillable PDF on the company restructuring page. Download it, type your answers straight in, save it, and email it to Hello@hamdanhouse.com. Six pages, and it asks only what we need to scope the work honestly.
Are the sessions confidential?
Yes. Family and personal sessions especially. Nothing discussed leaves the room. For company work we will sign your NDA, or provide ours, before any detail is shared.
Are family and personal consulting a form of therapy?
No. This is practical advisory work, not medical or psychological treatment. If a situation involves risk of harm or you are in distress, please contact a licensed professional or the appropriate authorities.
Orders and payment
What currency do you sell in?
UAE Dirhams (AED). Prices shown include VAT where it applies.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Yes, while it is still unfulfilled. Write to us quickly. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled.
Delivery
Where do you deliver?
Across the United Arab Emirates only. We do not ship internationally at this time.
How long does it take?
One to two business days to pack, then 1–2 days to Abu Dhabi, 2–3 to Dubai and Sharjah, and 3–5 to the Northern Emirates. See the Shipping Policy.
Why can't you ship perfume abroad?
Perfume, cologne and body sprays are alcohol-based and classed as restricted goods by most carriers. They travel by ground courier within the UAE and cannot go by air freight.
Returns
Do you give refunds?
No. Hamdan House does not return money on any product or service, in any category.
So what happens if something arrives broken?
We put it right at our cost. If an item arrives faulty, damaged in transit, or is not what you ordered, you choose either a free replacement or store credit for the full value, valid twelve months. You are never charged again and you never pay return shipping on a valid claim.
How do I claim?
Email Hello@hamdanhouse.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a description, and photographs of the item and outer packaging. Keep the packaging — the courier may need to inspect it.
Can I return something I simply didn't like?
No. Change of mind is not covered, and sealed consumables and sprayed fragrance cannot be taken back for safety reasons. Please read the Refund Policy before ordering.
The products
Are the fragrances for men or women?
Neither, and both. Every fragrance we make is unisex without exception.
Why does my spice look different from last time?
Because it is ground in small batches from natural material and not bulked or standardised. Colour, aroma and grind vary between batches. That variation is expected and is not a fault.
How should I store things?
Away from heat and direct sunlight, sealed. See Care & Storage.
