Deeper than decoration. This is about how a home is laid out and how it is lived in — flow, proportion, storage, light, and the decisions that are difficult to undo later.

What it covers

• Layout and circulation review
• Proportion, ceiling and opening decisions
• Natural and artificial lighting scheme
• Storage and service planning
• A written direction with annotated plans

How it runs

The session runs about three hours; the written direction follows within seven business days. Bring whatever you have — drawings, a floor plan, or just photographs.

This is advisory: we give direction, we do not carry out contracting or procurement, and we are not responsible for work executed by others on the basis of that direction.

Sessions may be rescheduled once at no charge with 48 hours’ notice. Fees are not refunded — see the Refund Policy.
